Scheduling & Emergencies

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation please inform us when you call first to help us provide a streamline process to help you be scheduled promptly. We do attempt to see emergencies the same day or the next business day. 

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that our practice frequently involves complicated treatments, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We are  implementing a 10 minute policy. If the patient is 10 minutes late we will reschedule and request a deposit. We ask if situations arise during your drive to us to please call and inform our office so we are aware and make necessary arrangements on our schedule.  We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Cancellation Policy

We ask if you need to reschedule please give us a call 48 hours before your appointment. Multiple rescheduled appointments, cancelling the day of the appointment or a no call no show will be subject to an appointment deposit that would need to be collected before the appointment is rescheduled. The deposit will be credited towards any out of pocket portion, but if the appointment is cancelled again the amount would be forfeited. The fee will vary based on time that was booked as well as the type of procedure.
