We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that our practice frequently involves complicated treatments, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cancellation Policy
We ask if you need to reschedule please give us a call 24 hours before your appointment. Multiple rescheduled appointments, cancelling the day of the appointment or no call no show will be subject to an appointment deposit that would need to be collected before the appointment is rescheduled. The deposit will be credited towards any out of pocket portion, but if the appointment is cancelled again the amount would be forfeited. The fee will vary based on time that was booked as well as the type of procedure.
